As Chief of Staff, Erin Flior helps facilitate Sirona’s strategic initiatives, planning, team development, and culture. With deep expertise in strategy, management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, Erin has a proven track record leading innovative teams through organizational growth and transformation. Her career has spanned many sectors, including health care, finance, insurance, communications, energy, travel and nonprofit. She has held several leadership roles leading strategic priorities and stakeholder initiatives that enhanced cross-functional collaboration and impact. She has helped organizations plan for and navigate crises, transform their culture and communications and stand-up new business offerings.

Most recently, Erin served as Chief Strategy & Development Officer at Unity Health Care, guiding the organization’s policy, advocacy, partnerships, and communications efforts. She led Communications and Marketing for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation partnering with leaders across the organization to create advocacy, education, engagement and fundraising programs to connect with stakeholders and supporters, and was a member of the leadership team at Levick, where she focused on crisis communications, planning, and reputation management.

Erin holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Hamilton College.
