Sirona Partner and Moving Health Home founder Krista Drobac spoke with McKnights about the five year hospital-at-home waiver extension.
“We are working hard to get a five-year extension in the government funding bill in September, and there are new bipartisan champions of the provision in both the House and Senate,” she shared. “Congress understands that it’s difficult to operationalize a program, and evaluate its impact on cost and outcomes, if we have a bunch of short-term extensions.”
