Maggie Klau brings experience in government relations, legislative strategy, communications, and policy research. Her approach is grounded in practical problem-solving, clear communication, and a strong understanding of both policy and process.

Before joining Sirona, Maggie supported advocacy clients at a government relations firm, where she worked primarily on technology policy. She coordinated Hill events and fly-ins, tracked legislative developments, and briefed clients on key policy updates. She also gained substantive experience on Capitol Hill, where she helped lead constituent engagement and communications efforts in two House offices. In these roles, she managed constituent outreach, conducted policy research, and supported on a range of policy issues, including healthcare and appropriations.

Maggie also brings private-sector perspective from her work in the medical technology industry, where she developed communications strategies and increased digital engagement. In addition, she has managed complex operations as part of a Division I athletics program.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Constitutional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
