Moving Health Home Executive Director Krista Drobac emphasized the need to make hospital-at-home a permanent part of the health care system.

InvestigateTV recently spotlighted the growing role of hospital-at-home programs in meeting rising demand for care as America’s population ages and hospitals face capacity constraints. The piece highlights how hospital-level care can be safely delivered in the home with remote monitoring, daily nursing visits, virtual physician check-ins, and rapid escalation protocols when needed. More than 30,000 patients have received care through the program, with similar models operating at more than 350 hospitals nationwide.
