Sen. Wyden (D-OR), the ranking member on the Senate Finance Committee, and 16 other Senate Democrats announced their plans in a letter to Senate colleagues last week. 

Moving Health Home, a coalition of stakeholders which supports federal and state policies to advance care in the home, voiced support for the plan. 

“Moving Health Home applauds the Senate Finance Committee for elevating the urgent need to modernize long-term care in America and expand access to care in the home, particularly for Medicare beneficiaries,” the organization said in an email statement to McKnight’s Home Care Duly Pulse.
