Philip Brown comes to Sirona Strategies with experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, and non-profit advocacy.

Phil is experienced in health policy consulting in Washington. Having spent two years at Simon & Co., a boutique firm specializing in health and human services policy, and a stint at Brownstein Hyatt, he is adept at briefing clients on complex legislative or administrative activity, drafting materials and implementing strategic plans. Phil also has state-level experience through his internships at the Connecticut General Assembly and the Office of Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY).

Phil earned his Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the American University School of Public Affairs and his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Vassar College.
