Caroline Guiot comes to Sirona Strategies with experience in health policy, political research and communication.
Most recently, Caroline worked for Amy McGrath’s Senate campaign researching and developing McGrath’s health care policy proposals around the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a public option and drug pricing. Prior to the campaign, she worked for Deloitte’s Federal Consulting practice for four years where she advised a variety of federal agencies from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) on a range of domestic and global health issues.
She also served as a White House intern in the Office of the First Lady during the Obama Administration. While Caroline was getting her degree in economics from Middlebury College, she founded a cupcake bakery that employed eight students. She managed all of the budget and operations across three retail outlets, and worked with Middlebury administrators to design a mentorship program for food entrepreneurs.
