Hannah Kelman

Director

As a Director at Sirona Strategies, Hannah focuses on Medicare, Medicaid, value-based care and quality issues.

She comes to Sirona Strategies with experience in regulatory and legislative processes. Hannah worked as a lead health policy analyst and lobbyist at Thorn Run Partners (TRP) for over three years. At TRP, she created long-term care (LTC) policies for pharmacy coalitions, lobbied for women’s health equity in Medicaid, and provided strategic advice directly to Fortune 500 companies related to advocacy initiatives and Medicare drug pricing policy.

Additionally, she has experience working with high-profile political candidates including Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Governor Deval Patrick (D-MA) from her work at Northwind Strategies in Boston. She also served on Capitol Hill for former Rep. Joe Kennedy III (D-MA), where she contributed to the Congressman’s mental health and disability policy portfolio.

Hannah holds a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University (GWU) and is currently an MPH candidate at GWU with a concentration in Health Policy.
