The Remote Monitoring Leadership Council on United Healthcare’s Recent Move to Limit Remote Physiologic Monitoring (RPM) Coverage

“The evidence is clear – RPM leads to better clinical and cost outcomes for a range of conditions. The Remote Monitoring Leadership Council, and many others who are speaking with United and policymakers, believe this coverage decision needs to be reevaluated,” Chris Adamec, a spokesperson for the council, said in a statement. The council is composed of companies with RPM offerings, including Biofourmis, BioIntelliSense and Cadence.
