  • On July 8, CMS announced that Utah submitted a request to amend its section 1115 demonstration waiver, which would provide health-related social services to additional qualifying Medicaid-eligible groups and change the age eligibility for fertility preservation treatment for Medicaid-eligible individuals diagnosed with cancer.
