- On September 3, House Energy & Commerce Committee Ranking Member Pallone (D-NJ), Senate Majority Whip and Judiciary Committee Chair Durbin (D-IL), and Sen. - Also on September 3, Senate Finance Committee Chair Wyden (D-OR) sent a letter to CMS and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) urging the agencies to protect and strengthen behavioral health services for children who are enrolled in Medicaid and in the child welfare system.
