Recently, several influential policy experts and advocates published recommended regulatory actions that the incoming Biden Administration should take to enact its health care agenda or to roll back certain Trump Administration policies. The recommendations were produced by the Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-partisan nonprofit organization; Protect Our Care, a left-leaning advocacy group; United States of Care, a non-partisan group of policy experts and advocates; and Consumers First, a broad-based coalition of advocates, employers, experts and providers. We have summarized those recommendations and will update this document if and when other similar reports are released.
