Sirona Strategies, a lobbying and consulting firm that specializes in healthcare, has added Matthew Fery and Spencer Porr to its team. Fery formerly served within the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration and has worked as a senior healthcare adviser to Rep. Brian Higgins (D-N.Y.), a former member of the House Ways and Means Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Porr served as the director of health policy and federal affairs at The Health Management Academy.
